Try these at home exercises for at least 20 minutes in your day.
Do these EVERY day and you will feel a difference in your body. Have fun!
- Calf raises on your stairs (30 X 2 times)
- Squats (3 sets of 20) infront of your TV while watching your favorite show. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hGAW-Jk8I2k shows you how to do a perfect squat. Doing this incorrectly may hurt your knees and back.)
- High knee running in place (2 minutes X 3 times)
- Kick your butt in place (2 minutes X 3 times)
- Side kicks (just like kicking someone to your side. LEAD WITH YOUR HEEL) (15 on each side X 2 times)
- Sit-ups (20 X 2 times)
- Supermans (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cc6UVRS7PW4) (hold for 10 seconds each)
- Shoulder shrugs (30 X 2 times)
