20 minutes

Try these at home exercises for at least 20 minutes in your day.

  • Calf raises on your stairs (30 X 2 times)
  • High knee running in place (2 minutes X 3 times)
  • Kick your butt in place (2 minutes X 3 times)
  • Side kicks (just like kicking someone to your side. LEAD WITH YOUR HEEL) (15 on each side X 2 times)
  • Sit-ups (20 X 2 times)
  • Shoulder shrugs (30 X 2 times)
head rolls (rotate your head on its axis. Try to touch your shoulder, then SLOWLY try to touch the back of your head to your spine, then again SLOWLY rotate to the other shoulder, then bring it to your chest, AGAIN rotating slowly.) (5 full rotation on both sides)

Do these EVERY day and you will feel a difference in your body. Have fun!
