Dear fans of Finishing It Fitness,

Thank you for following my blog so diligently. I love logging on and seeing the numbers of views a day go up every time I post something new.

I wanted to let all of you know that I am now starting to do private and group training. You will not need a gym but you will  need to get ready for some fun and exercise (wait...those can be in the same sentence?).

Each session will be 1 hour long and designed specifically for you. Most of the time the training will be outside, but I also have access to the Cedar Hills Community gym. It is beautiful and has very nice and new equipment. I am also happy to train at your homes. All I need is some space to move and you will be required to supply 5-8 lbs hand weights.
I train mostly in Utah Valley, but I also travel to Ogden once a month where I will begin a once a month exercise fun time!

I am starting each individual training program at $50. I give a 10% discount to those who give me a reference (namely the refer-ency)($45), an 8% discount to students who show me their student body card ($41.5), and a 15% discount for those who buy 15 or more sessions($35). So that is 35 dollars each session with all those discounts! I will give an extra $5 off for those who come in groups of two to three.

I am also doing sport specific training with football and basketball for grades 6-12. Same pricing as above but with a $10 discount on a group of 5 of more.
