Aerobic Exercises for the Summer

Give this link to find your target heart rate. (it is relatively accurate)
Make sure your heart rate does not go below or above that for twenty minutes or more. If you do, your not working your aerobic system and not burning fat.
Here are some fun summer workouts:
Swimming
A jog
Dancing
Playing tag with your kids (they just never run out of energy)
Hiking at a quick pace
Canoeing
Bicycling
Basketball
Tennis
Kick the can
Spoons

There are so many fun activities that don't involve a tredmil in a smelly gym. Find a new and fun aerobic activity you can do! Go out and get creative!
