Internet and Workouts

Need some new workouts? What about this new fad diet? What can I do to improvise this workout for my bad knee? It is amazing what you can find on the internet. I get so many of my extra calorie burning workouts by finding new things to add to my regiment on the internet. However, you want to make sure that the site or blog is creditable. I have found several blogs that have people who admit to failing their personal training certification or those who teach fitness just for fun but are not educated in anyway about fitness. They perform several exercises wrong and teach bad technique. So choose the right ones.
