Warm-up

This is the best warm up you can do. Yoga infuses heat with your body while stretching your muscles. I do this before I work out and before I start my day. It is a great way to connect with your body before you start to workout.
I chose this video specifically for how she breaks it down. Listen to what she says about breathing or ujjayi breathing (ocean/dragon breathing). It is important to focus on your breathing throughout the workout. If you breathe you will focus on that an not on the stretches.
Yoga is difficult. I do it casually and it has taken me a year to get comfortable with the basic sun-salutation. Take the time to do it, it will change your life and your workout.
