This workout is easy, doesn't take too long, and has a good steady build-up. You can do this at home with only light weights. I recommend splitting each one into 2-3 sections if doing it all at once is difficult. So on day one do 10 squats, 3 push-ups, 3 dips (can do on a chair), 5 curls, 5 crunches and so on. give it a whirl! Don't know what an exercise is? look it up on youtube.
