It taste horrible to me. So, to compensate for the lack of health in these goodies I workout while I bake! Here is a fun thing to put on the inside of your cupboard and perform while you bake!

  • Get an ingredient:
    •  Do 10 jumping jacks
  • While adding ingredients
    • stand on one leg
  • Add an ingredient:
    •  Do 5 squats
  • While blender/mixer is running:
    • Do 15 pushups on counter and 15 calf raises (repeat if needed)
  • While it is baking: (10-15 minutes)
    • 10 squates
    • 20 against the counter pushups
    • 10 jumping jacks
    •  15 standing side crunches
