Breakfast of champions

Breakfast is very important. You need to eat breakfast. Here are some fast meals for you to put together that will take little of your time if you prep for it.
  • Peanut butter and banana sandwich. 
  • Orange Juleous, with some spinach leaves or peanut butter in it (make the night before, look up recipe online). 
  • Cereal, not the sugar kind. 
  • Yogurt
  • cottage cheese and peaches
  •  fruit shake
  • fruit parfait
  • whole grain toast with low-fat cream cheese or greek yogurt spread.
  •  Instant oatmeal (go flavored if you don't like plain). 
  • Egg whites (microwave for 2.5 minutes in a coffee mug) with cheese.
  • french toast (made the night before) zapped in the microwave or put in the toaster
These are just some ideas. Eat carbs in the morning. Your body absorbs them better in the day time rather then the night. YOU NEED TO EAT CARBOHYDRATES (aka breads). You should be conditioning hard enough that the consumption of those extra calories will not affect your weight.
