How to Eliminate Non-healthy Snacks

I have just a small trick that will change all of your lives and greatly reduce the overwhelming need to snack. Don't buy them.

I have noticed when I don't have the snacks at home I don't eat them. Unless of course I just have a serious hankering for some s'mores or cupcakes, I have the ingredients available. But the fact I have to make the snack makes it less appealing. (yes, I am that lazy)

Another great trick to avoid the snacks is to go shopping with a full stomach. While you are shopping and hungry you grab things off the shelf just because they look as if they will appease that hunger. In the end they will become your worst enemy in your pantry to your goal weight.

Make it so you don't have a lot of snacks, when you do snack be careful HOW MUCH YOU EAT! Just because you are eating a block of brie and crackers (which is pretty good for you) does not mean you can eat the whole block. That is about 900 calories not including the crackers.

Enjoy your snacks, but watch yourself. They are the things that will greatly increase your caloric intake.
