Everyone gives you all this crap about how to lose weight. I myself have my own blog about it! Through all my searching and all the questions I have answered I have found there are 4 basic things you can do to lose those extra pounds.

  2. eat right portions
  3. exercise
  4. home made meals
  5. vegetables
These basics will help you lose weight and maintain the weight loss. Remember them and you will have a healthy life and a good time.
