Push-ups Advanced

Push-ups can be boring and after the 50th you get a feeling of monotony. Here is a great way to mix it up. This (as is stated in the video) works your shoulders and your chest. It also works your abs especially if you keep them tight.
I chose to do a judo instructor video because judo is a great way to work out. It is not just for kids. I am a firm believer of the connection between mind, spirit, and the world around us. Judo, Karate, and all the other ninja stuff is a great way to better yourself inside and out.
Give it a try! If it is too advanced bring your body in a V position (starting position of the push-up) and aim your nose to the ground. It works your shoulders and upper chest.
