Dew or Donut

Dear friends,

I can not emphasis how important it is to not let mistakes take over your life and ruin everything you worked so hard for. That is why I do not enforce strict diets. I admit I am not the fittest trainer out there. I do not have a six pack and probably never will. I do not go to the gym every day. I do not particpate in crazy 60 day challenges. They do not make me happy.

What makes me happy is playing with my children. I wrestle them and swing on the swings with them. I do my own yard work and clean my own house. I do crazy project by myself. I meditate and do at home workout videos on occasion. I eat right and in small portions. I go for long walks to the store and to friends houses that are reasonably close (2 miles is my max for the kids sake). I cook my own food and keep eating out down to a minimum.

I am at my goal weight. I am happy. I am strong and growing my confidence. No diet needed. Tell me what you do to make you happy, healthy, and strong.
