I LOVE taco's. They are fast, easy, and delicious. Now to make them healthier!
Bri's Fat Burning Taco's
0.5 pound ground turkey
0.5 pound ground beef
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 diced green and red pepper
1 diced medium onion
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 diced tomatoe
1 Cup Shredded Cheese
4 leaves Romain/ Iceberg Lettuce
PLAIN Greek yogurt (believe me, make sure it is plain. Vanilla taste so GROSS!)
Caramelize onion and peppers. Add ground turkey, ground beef, chili powder and cumin to the pan and brown meat.
Layout lettuce leaves. Spread Greek yogurt on leaf, then meat mixture, then tomato. Top with cheese. Enjoy this epicness!
